Booking & Cancellations

Please note our policies to avoid unnecessary charges. Cancellations and appointment revisions will be accepted without charge 48 hours prior to your appointed time. Appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance will incur a charge of 60% of the service.

Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice will prompt an immediate 'no-show' charge at 100% of the service price. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled treatment time and will be charged in full.

Services are non-refundable.
